1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. (more or less to taste) red pepper flakes
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 cups water
1 cup dry macaroni
Parmesan cheese
Simmer all ingredients except macaroni and parmesan until vegetables are tender. You could use a crock pot. Add macaroni and serve when it is done. Top with cheese.
